Narawon System Unveils Integrated AI Solution ‘AI Pro’ at 2025 Work Smart Festival

Narawon System showcased its integrated AI workplace solution ‘AI Pro’ at the ‘2025 Work Smart Festival’ held at SETEC in Seoul from August 21-23. The company operated a promotional booth for three days, providing hands-on demonstrations of AI Pro’s diverse capabilities.

AI Pro is a comprehensive solution that provides various artificial intelligence services essential for business operations through a single login, including AI chat, AI search, AI translation, AI document processing, AI image generation, and AI video creation.

The AI chat feature supports both text and voice consultations and, unlike traditional rule-based chatbots, leverages generative AI and RAG technology to provide customized consulting tailored to each organization. Currently, AI Pro is being utilized by over 300 institutions and companies, including the Overseas Koreans Agency, Korea Institute of Planning and Evaluation for Technology in Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and Seoul Metropolitan Government.

AI search differentiates itself from existing keyword-based search by responding to natural language queries and enabling searches within file contents, thereby enhancing administrative data management efficiency. The AI translation service boasts superior quality compared to Google Translate and Naver Papago, and supports real-time multilingual website translation.

Currently, AI Pro is actively operating on the websites of Seoul’s Gwangjin-gu, Seongdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Nowon-gu, and Songpa-gu districts. Chairman Seo stated, ‘AI Pro is establishing itself as a practical work efficiency tool spanning both public and private sectors,’ adding, ‘We will continue to actively support digital transformation for various institutions and companies.’
